They both were very accommodating, always reachable when something came up, and very polite. These guys are on the sellers end of the contract. So far our experience has been awful. When requesting updates or status, on key items in the agreement, we get nothing. The secretary says their realtor is on vacation but no further detail. I would honestly be so ticked off if I were selling a property through them. Imagine you think you are hiring a realtor to sell your property but they don’t respond to buyers. Yup, that’s what you get with Emmer.

I have had the good fortune of working with the Emmer Real Estate Group on 4 separate transactions over the past 2+ years in Green Lake terrace area.
I have been extremely satisfied with their services and our results in each instance, and would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in buying or selling property in the Green Lake area.
Jim Emmer and Kyle Johnson helped me sell our family lake home at a good price in June of 2022, and the process was smooth and efficient.
Then, in August of 2022, Jim and Carol Skivington helped 3 neighbor families and me to jointly purchase a woodlot within the shoreland zoning area.
Which was then converted to a retention basin for run-off phosphorus mitigation by the County and the Sanitary District.
The sellers accepted our initial offer, and the deal concluded quickly and cleanly at our closing company in Oshkosh.
Next, I referred a close friend to Jim and Kyle, who helped her purchase a family vacation home in October of 2022, at a very attractive price.
Again, the process went very satisfactorily for my friend, who lives out of the area.
Lastly, in September of 2024, I engaged the Emmer Group to sell a vacant lot.
Jim worked with one of his associates, Tom Kneesel, and the entire process took less than a week, finishing with the acceptance of a very strong offer.
So, I highly recommend the Emmer Real Estate Group and will plan to use them again, should the opportunity arise in the future.

Bitter, but oh so sweet feeling signing for the sale of our condo! I was blessed to be able to buy the condo by myself just over 5 years ago, using Emmer Real Estate. In that time I've gone from single, to married. We went from a family of 2, to a family of 3. From getting engaged in front of our first Christmas tree, to finding out we were pregnant. From bringing home our daughter, to her first steps. We made so many wonderful memories!
