Will miss pickups due to inclement weather, but will not schedule a new pickup. Simply informs their customers that they will pickup the next week. Routine price hikes, but will not prorate your bill for missed pickups. Have heard many individuals complain about the unprofessional and rude office staff. Very poorly managed operation with little to no customer service or professionalism. Does not want to work with their own customers. Truly unbelievable for a customer service business.

I have issues with trash being collected on the normal dates during the last month. I have called the office and all 3 times have gotten excuses and told it will be picked up the following day or two but instead it sets here in Bulltail Hollow until the next scheduled date...the animals...raccoons..deer...bear...dog get into the trash and we are responsible for the cleanup...but if you are late on your bill ...you get a discontinue notice

Rude, won't take a glass flower pot cause scared it will mess up truck, quit paying for service and they ran up a bill to 100$ anyways and turned it into collections lol.

Was very rudely told that trash would not be picked up today, the day after a holiday. So, in the rain, my husband moved all the trash back in our garage before we left for the holiday. Then, wouldn’t you know, they come. If we get a discount on our bill, I’ll adjust this review. Otherwise, it’s unacceptable and I’ll be pushing for our neighborhood to find a new provider.

Live in a HOA and refused to run their Monday services on the next business day and those scheduled have to wait weeks to get their trash picked up. Very rude over the phone and was told this isn’t Walt Disney World. Money will not even be reduced on my bill. I shouldn’t have to find a way to get my trash took to a landfill.

They are easy to work with. Somebody is always in the office to answer the phones. The men who run my route have never disrespected my property by throwing around trash or the can. They never leave a mess. They run about the same time each week and have never missed a week. I have no complaints with this company and I appreciate the hard work they do.

I’ve had nothing but problems from Empire Waste, also known as Lusk trash removal. They were constantly not picking up our garbage every week, dumping out our garbage cans in front of our driveway, and adding extra charges onto our account. They say that they have an 8 bag limit every week, however they only take 1 or 2 bags weekly. My husband and I have constantly had to call their office and they haven’t been helpful and have hung up on us multiple times. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I would not suggest using this company, you’ll be nothing but disappointed.
