May 2014 - Not sure if this company is still in business - every line at the office goes to voice mail (all day), the mobile number for my contact/agent there Marc Green goes to a full voice mail box. I ended my contract with this company because they were chronically unresponsive to the tenants and to me. The delay in sending maintenance or anyone to inspect a water leak reported by the tenants resulted in permanent damage to my property. Now I can't get anyone to get back to me via phone or email. They are holding deposit funds over 20 days past transfer of management.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I have also been trying to get a hold of Marc Greene. I recently moved out of a property, now it's time to get me my money back and this guy is nowhere to be found. I would send messages to him and I would either get zero response or I would get responses days later. I have had to fix things in this house on my own because he would either not respond or he claims that he will send someone out and no one shows up. I went out on my own to try to meet him face to face because I have been trying to return keys to the residence and do a close out inspection. When I got to the address on the site it led me to a P.O. Box at a UPS store. I did some more research and found an address right around the corner where he had an office but was told that it has been vacant since December. The lady who works at another business there told me that he is using her name and number as if she is some sort of associate in his company but says she has nothing to do with him. According to her there is a lot of angry people looking for this guy. I found another address on Rainier Dr. in Seattle which looks likes it belongs to a lawyer's office. Every address leads to a dead end and every message is forwarded to a voicemail service. This guy does not show up in any realtor's data bases so I do not know what the deal is with that. Sounds like some type of scam to me. Not even sure if the real owner of the house even knows what is going on. I would tell anyone, AVOID THIS COMPANY!
