Stay far, far away from them. Incredibly unprofessional. Getting them to do their part of the financing was extremely challenging. Their insurance department engages in fraud by contacting the insurance issuer and changing coverage without your knowledge to boost their commission.

Worst bank of all time they lost title and keep charging ins and late fees for the trailer which has been paid off by insaurance and sold further there so called very superior guys so called deon and k smith doesnt have even 1% customer service u can request them a million time still not enough. Please do not get loan from them ever they will charge ins again again they want ur ins cert everymonth
