I absolutely love Karen, the property manager! She works with you and is very polite and kind. Anytime I have any questions, she answers them in a timely manner with respect. The neighborhood is safe and nice to live at! I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone!

Karen is such a wonderful and welcoming person! She made my move in easy and was excited to assist me throughout the whole process! She truly cares about her tenants! It made me and my dog Bambi feel so much better about moving into my new apartment! Thank you again for everything Karen! ☺️

Honestly, the BEST place I’ve ever lived at. Office staff is very communicative and on top of any issues that arise, maintenance is fast and respectful, apartments are clean and bigger in person that in photos! Very great price for an amazing living space!

I have lived in Ensign Apts for around two years now and I love it here! The staff are wonderful, fast, and efficient! Especially Karen! She is welcoming and sends out monthly activities in the area and is always there for the residents in many different ways. It’s pretty quiet in this location all things considered! (In town/next to doctors offices). They try everything within their power to accommodate and listen to the residents which you don’t get very often (personal experience) so thanks to everyone at Ensign for doing an amazing job!

Karen Sue was super friendly and helpful throughout the process from initial phone call to getting my keys. Excellent communication was the reason why I went with this apartment complex. The grounds are well-maintained and clean. This complex is located next to a walking trail. And I love my private patio and fireplace!

Ensign Apartments are absolutely the best units in the surrounding area. Quality built, nice interior with a fire place and a private patio deck. Karen is professional yet personable with all of her clients. They really do care about their tenants and you can tell that with the way they conduct business. 5 stars without question

The absolute best apartments I've ever lived in. I was there for over 2 years, and Karen and Zach are some of the best people I've ever met. The rest of the staff are also very nice. Maintenance request are handled promptly and Karen really cares about all of the tenants. 10/10-highly recommend.
