We were heading on vacation and had automobile troubles so we went to the Enterprise AL location. The staff was very helpful, and courteous, and got us on our way quickly and saved us from having to cancel our vacation. Return was also a breeze , will use them again if the need arises.

I was so disappointed in this company! I will never come back or recommend them. I told the lady that called to confirm my reservation that I had liability only insurance but when I got there, the same lady informed me I had to have full coverage at the cost of $400 extra or sign a release that I'd be responsible for a $25,000.00 car. I drove almost 2 hours to pick up this car after a lady caused an auto accident and then had to pay the ride to take me back home. I was livid.

I have rented from various enterprise locations and this one by far had the best customer service. There was some miscommunication on policies my first time renting a vehicle but the assistant manager Dallas apologized and worked with me. Each vehicle I have rented has been clean and it’s been a smooth process modifying when needed. She was a real pleasure to work with each time I went into the branch.

I had an extraordinary experience here. Jalen the branch manager his customer service is on another level, he goes above and beyond to satisfy all customers. I’ve been renting from this Enterprise branch for the past whole year. I’ve traveled all over the world and dealt with so many Enterprise Rental car branches. I’ve never seen a dedicated, hard working employee like Jalen, his exceptional customer service is unmatched. I referred so many of my friends to this branch all because of Jalen.

Although they didn’t have a large selection of cars available to us, nor ones in the price range we came ready for, they were extremely kind, patient, and helpful to us even tho we showed up 10 mins before close. Great service

Made a reservation for 11. Get there at 11. Am told car won't be ready until at least 3. That's a problem. Period. People checking in said I could have their car as I am having an emergency and need to get home asap and we were told they won't do that. Bad, dirty buisness that doesn't honor their word.

Jalen is a phenomenal manager. I've been renting from this location for 8 years. The counter, desks, restroom is clean. My major concern is about the urine smell that overwhelmed me as I opened the door 3 months ago. The carpet is the culprit. I know because I've cleaned homes of cat owners. I phoned Enterprise Plus to voice my only concern. I was on a recorded line. Helicopter Pilots from Ft. Rucker are deploying to keep Our Nation free. I stated: The carpet must be replaced by 2 days. A crew can go in at night. The office closes at 5pm. Replace with appropriate flooring. It's not been done. This review is my second attempt.
