I recently had a horrible and unfortunate experience with the property manager, Theresa. It became evident that they lack accountability and struggled significantly with time management. The property manager frequently missed scheduled and confirmed appointments without any communication or updates. It is clear that this manager does not prioritize the needs of new or current residents.Overall, the inefficiency and lack of responsibility from this property manager will reflect on the quality of life at this apartment complex. Save yourself some time and headaches folks. Entwood Properties Owners, do better when it comes to hiring your managers.

Entwood are scam artists! Warning I can’t warn you enough! Theybtake advantage of you ! My neighbors balcony was literally sliding off like a mud slide and he has just moved in and they didn’t even offer him any compensation! I was attacked by pit bull on the property when and no one dis anything to compensate me! The policy was well mannered pets with shots and had to go through a meet and greet but they weren’t upholding there policy and i was just blamed for being upset about it when i moved out they tried to soak me for $600 dollars on top of my cleaning deposit becaue they are so broke ass ! They are scam artists not ethical and not honest

WANRNING do not rent with these people and except your deposit back. They took multiple $1500 deposits on contract and completely disregard the money and the contract. I’ve called several times to speak to a manager, they have some young girl at the front desk give you run around answers. I’ve been trying to contact management for months to receive my money back. They refuse to even contact you back. AVOID… major scam! I’ve had to hire an attorney, avoid dealing with these thief’s.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I would not recommend working for or renting through Entwood PM. They are a very predatory property management company. I could go on & on & on about my experiences with them, but I would just be repeating what everyone else is saying here. Entwood is a terrible company to both work for & to rent from.

Entwood will give false and misinformation. Emily is never in the office. And to say they are shady is understatement. The most frustrating part is there lack of conversation skills. Your response said honest and transparent?! Well asking for a certified letter of my intentions after the 43 days, you asked for contract and photos seems doesn’t seem transparent to me.

Do not waste your time scheduling a tour to view their apartments. I scheduled with a Theresa TWICE and confirmed my appointments both times and both times she did NOT show. Huge waste of time and very unprofessional. Rent somewhere else that’s what I’m going to do, done dealing with them.

DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE!!!!

i could go on forever about this place, from the moment i moved in there was a roach problem that was ongoing till i moved out.

They tried getting people to tour my apartment when they were aware of a roach problem. they just want money and will do anything to get people to move in

They tell me the apartment is going to get treated and the people who treat the place is locally linked to the apartment management and not done by a professional.

Oh and if you don’t have roommates or they decide to leave, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR UTILITY BILL!!

they also charged me 2,400$ as a deposit for damages and good luck to them getting that money. this whole company is a joke telling me they are charging me 900$ alone to pay for painting every door and every wall and cieling of every room. NEWS FLASH NOTHING NEEDED TO BE PAINTED

Property manager Brandon made sure to get me assistance ASAP when my doorknob broke and I was locked out of my unit. Adam from maintenance helped me out immensely with my broken door knob. It was much more involved than your standard knob replacement, but Adam got the job done quickly and with a smile on his face. Got a call to handle a wasp nests and the smile never left. Grateful for Adam’s assistance!
