Been here 2 months and its already been significantly better than anywhere I was before. Maintenance is quick, no bugs, space is modern and cozy, is a very short walking distance from a ton of cute shops, and has 2 bus stops right outside for easy transit.

I loved every moment of my stay here. However, from the moment the internship ended and I was told to leave, the way things were handled was really bad. It was really confusing. I legitimately asked for my deposit to be returned, but Kevin was unfriendly and said he had already checked several times, and I have not received my deposit back to this day. Now, even if I send an email, I don't get a response. The office also does not respond to calls. If you are considering signing a contract for this house, please keep in mind that your deposit will not be returned. I moved out on December 14th and still haven't received my deposit. I also received confirmation that he would send the email to Korea, my home town, but he has no intention of sending it. Additionally, I was told that if I needed to send it to the US, I would also give them my friend's address in the US. They said I could send it to Korea, but they did not send it to me. I will try to contact you until the deposit is received and I will go through all the steps.

I rented at Enve for 12 months and then never heard back from them when i tried reaching out to them for weeks about putting in my 30 day notice. Today I was informed that my unit was labeled as abandoned while I still have a week left on my lease.

I have to start by saying I haven't moved in yet, so my review (5 stars) is subject to change. However, Kyle, the property manager, is absolutely WONDERFUL! I called and got the voicemail of at least 10 apartments in the area. He was the only one to call me back (and quickly, I might add). He was very informative and helpful, honestly the best apartment office staff person I've ever spoken with. I think I'll really enjoy living at Enve. They also have a Murphy bed, which is quite a selling point, as I'm moving from across the country. Between that, actual affordable rent, and genuinely helpful staff (Kyle), I'm sold on Enve!

The management were able to accommodate my need for getting set up quickly in the apartment. Anthony was able to expedite many of the requirements and got me into the apartment in a very short time. He was really helpful and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and informed about the apartment. He's a top notch manager.

Brittani B. was also extremely helpful and made it her responsibility to make sure I had all my questions answered once I was moved in and settled.

This is my first newer style apartment with all the conveniences of automation, pay-by-phone laundry machines, sophisticated security and a package locker, easy-to-use garbage and recycling area, customer portal for information and rent payment.

It really has everything I need in a convenient, pleasant and safe location.

The staff of Anthony and Brittani has made the transition flawless.

Let me just remind everyone how stressful & hectic moving can be, especially to a new city like Seattle. Nonetheless, the Property Manager Kyle at Enve, went above and beyond throughout my move in process. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and super kind/patient throughout the process. He answered all my questions and was responsive to emails and calls quickly as well. I could not have asked for a better move in experience as my introduction to Seattle. I hope I enjoy my new home!

SCAM!!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!

I was recently apartment hunting and came across Enve. I submitted an application while searching for other apartments. I paid for the application fee with no issue. I received an email stating that they needed my paystubs to approve my application, I received 2 emails. By then I had landed on another property. Long story short, I was approved without providing any income verification and this apartment management took $253 from my card for a deposit. I spoke to a leasing consultant who said he would hit the button to refund my deposit. It has now been 3 weeks and I still haven't seen the refund. They will not respond to emails, text or calls. To this day, I am still waiting for my refund of my deposit. Someone please tell me how doing business like this is acceptable? How does one get approved for an apartment without giving any income information? This place is a total rip off and scam. I will never rent from here.
