Let me start off by saying this company and Milly Barros is the most unprofessional real estate company there is. I was interested in a salon suite and was in touch with the office manager gabby baron about renting the space. She emailed me and told me it would be a 75$ application fee and 25$ credit check. Okay cool I get it, I had my friend drop off 100$ to there office location. Gabby texted me saying she received the 100$ and was going to run my credit. A week goes by and I call the office to see where my application was at, they kept telling me they would call me back. I had to keep bugging them to give me an answer! 3 weeks go by and I now am texting with the office manager gabby who said she quit on Tuesday. Okay so where is my 100$ that I paid for them to run my credit and give me the spot? She messages Mirna who is millys assistant and Mirna is telling gabby she has no idea where my application is at and that there is no 100$, they can't find it anywhere. I then message milly through Instagram, and she goes on to tell me she never received my application or money. She is blaming her own office manager for taking the money! At this point I'm just like I want my 100$ back I can take it somewhere else to apply for a spot. She was very rude and even told me she was going to sue me for 50.00 lol sue me for what? It's your fault my 100$ is missing because you are so unorganized and unprofessional in the way you handle your clients. Give me my money back!
Update: had my husband call to see if he can apply for one and she said the credit check was 25$ so where is the application fee ? Trying to scam me an extra 75$ for a "so called fee"

BEWARE!!!! Haven’t met such an unprofessional real estate agent like Milly Barros ! Does not respond to emails nor calls or voice mails.
BEWARE!! Would not recommend to anyone!!!
