I’m highly disappointed with realtor Gail Weaver. I would never use nor recommend her services. I don’t have any positive nor negative comments about ERA King as a whole. Gail and I viewed a property in which I immediately said that I loved. I knew I wanted it based on the pics from the listing. I also said to her during the viewing let’s make an offer. She gave me some spill about the 3 capacities in which she works and recommended getting comps first. No offer was made on my part after the viewing. I text her on Sunday and didn’t receive a response and called her on Monday and didn’t get a response. It wasn’t until I escalated and requested a new realtor that she finally called me back, 3 days later, with bad news that someone had made an offer after my viewing that was accepted.
This is her response after 3 days of no communication and me escalating my disappointment. October 23rd, 2020 @ 12:23 in the afternoon. “I just called the listing agent to make sure it was still available. She said it was shown Friday and a offer was made and accepted after we looked.
The buyer is pre approved as well. She has another one on the same street at 2301 1st Ave N unit 209. MLS 884030.
She said you are welcome to make a back-up offer in case something happens to that buyer.
It is crazy. A resident can sit for days then have multiple offers.

I had preapproval that she knew about and I stated upon viewing the listing that I LOVED it. The dissengenuine statement she made of “I hate it for you” is an unacceptable attempt at empathizing after her major laps in professionalism.
