My fiancé and I had Tom Pinson and unfortunately had a very bad experience. We relocated from NY and the first place that we bid on he didn’t inform us that by signing we were allowing the owner to take her time in finding something. That fell through as we waited 3 months as she couldn’t find suitable housing. We were not going to wait any longer for her so we withdrew our offer. The next one we looked at he advised us that we didn’t need a home inspection as they don’t do this in WV. We trusted him as we thought he was working for us. Well needless to say we were sold a lemon. Since moving in on March 18th we have replaced the roof, and had a plumber come in and replace the tankless hot water tank, that only held two gallons of water. And the plumbers also had to replace all of the plumbing in the crawl space because it was all done wrong. My fiancé reached out to him days after the closing to report this and nothing was done about it. Well we learned a very hard lesson. Just don’t want anyone else to get taken like we did. Don’t trust anyone!

When I decided to purchase my first home, I contacted Craig. From the preapproval to the closing table, he was very informative. He kept me up-to-date and explained anything that I had questions about. My loan was anything but easy and normal. Through all the tears, cussing, screaming, engineers, mold specialist, and contractors, Craig was available any time I called or texted and referred me to the appropriate people. Every time I wanted to give up, Craig was standing right behind me cheering me on letting me know that it would all be worth it in the end. We were very blessed and are extremely thankful for the patience, customer service, and timeliness of Craig Allison. He was extremely kind, always had our interest at heart, and always made time for us. He specifically went above and beyond during our closing by improvising and working with us as my wife was hospitalized due to back surgery as a result of an accident . He actually came to the hospital room with notary paperwork so my wife could sign for me to be her power of attorney at closing.
