Since I'm a glutton for punishment I decided to take on the monumental task of selling my primary residence in Austin, TX and buying a home back here in the valley (home) simultaneously. That is a lot of moving pieces and potential points of failure. Most mortgage companies are very transactional and leave you in the dark. Here you are in one of the biggest transactions of your life wondering, stressing and thinking of what can go wrong with nobody there to reassure you, but they'll be there to collect their origination fee and rebate at the end!

Craig and his team do things different. They have an easy submission process, portal to upload all the things. In this day and age, who doesn't? No, that's not the value with Valley Home Loans. They help you by simply having a conversation with you, not back and forth texts (or heaven forbid emails!) and formulating the right strategy for you. I received a call on a Sunday afternoon because Craig 'thought of something' that impacted my purchase. Who does THAT? Exactly.

Stress is bad for us, we all know it. Having peace of mind and knowing exactly where things stand during a real estate transaction helps reduce that stress, drastically. Thank you Craig, Kaitlin, Steven and all the other folks over there behind the scenes. Great service doesn't exist as much as it used to but trust is precious.
