Eric, found out dream house for us over 10 years ago, many people wanted our future home. Very nice couple. They entered my life at a very difficult time both personally and real estate wise. Fall of 2023 was nearly as down a market as I have seen. They went out of their way to get the house ready for market after the leading realtor in the area basically gave up on the place. They never did. Thank you for that. On the day we hit MLS my neighborhood had 6 houses listed. By the end of October 4 had been taken off no sale. With their help, on Halloween, we re-shuffled the listing a minor amount. Within 3 days we had a request for showing, and the people viewing the place were serious. Closing took place on December 27 only house in the neighborhood to sell in the neighborhood that quarter.
It was a very very difficult period for me. They found a way the get me through it with my goals still in tact. I will always appreciate their effort in getting that accomplished.
