I just moved to Washington about 2 months ago and Mrs. Cindy in the office is absolutely amazing. She helped with so much so the move was easy and it’s been great here so far. That, and she can joke around which makes being here that much better.

Not sure if the office will spread the word and be honest to the tenants at erlands point. But I have been a tenant here for a few years, and never had I have had by car broken into. Someone there, a guest, or person, decided to car search the Erlands points parking lot. I did address this with the office but I have not seen a mass email to all tenants. I don't see or understand why they wouldnt send an email to keep the tenants and Erlands point staff aware of what is going on. So we can be safer, and aware of what is going on. People have children, family, and more.

People be aware of moving here. Tenants please try and be aware of what is going on in your neighborhood. There are no cameras or any safety measures or security here.

It did happen at night, so whoever is checking cars knows where and how to get away with. I hope I catch them.

So this is review is because the office appeared to let the tenants know that it might not be safe at Erlands point. The office was no help, and they probably already knew of this. I am sure my car wasn't the first one to get robbed or get check.

Not a place I’d recommend if you have any sort of expectations or kids for that matter. Miss matching bulb colors, janky fixes, or just ignored maintenance requests all together. Rules don’t get followed or upheld, constantly being disturbed by random work being done with no noise notice in advance. Missing parts or damaged things? Wait a few months or in some cases over a year for it to get fixed. Don’t bother giving noise complaints or any sort of complaint at all cause you’ll get ratted out or again ignored. Don’t expect anything really and if you have kids I’d recommend a box before here. Honestly pretty disappointed. If there’s other options out there go with them, trying to leave? Then do it as quickly as possible for you will literally go mad from the sheer volume of bs there is.

Office staff (Brittany, Cindy) are amazing & beyond helpful with any issues you may have or do. They are always quick to help in a pickle! Jeff their maintenance is quick to fix anything giving you a hard time rain or shine! 100/10 staff!!! New redesigned apts are AMAZING and sooooo cute!

Please don't be discouraged by the very low reviews of Erlands Point Apartments. Erlands Point Apartments is a wonderful place to call home, because the staff is really nice; it is quiet; neighbors are friendly; grounds keeping is taken care of once or twice a week. With other apartments, you are not going to get that if at all. I have known Cindy since she started working here, a year after I moved in. She is one of the nicest young women I am very happy to know. Brittany is also very nice and kind. They help all the tenants with whatever questions the tenants may have and any issues that arise. The maintenance here is fantastic, they get to the work order within the 48 hours if it isn't an emergency, or right away if it is an emergency. I love Erlands Point Apartments, been here for 12 years and never had a problem with any of the managers or maintenance. So, please do not let the very low reviews deter you away from Erlands Point Apartments, because this place is a wonderful place to call home.

I enjoy this property, I have lived in many apartments and it has never really felt like a home until we moved in here. I have lived here for almost 2 years and it is extremely comfortable for my 4 person family and anytime a request has been submitted it was fufilled in a timely manner. The leasing staff is wonderful and always helpful and the maintenance staff hss always been quick and respectful.

The team and the maintenance staff are the best people I have met. My husband agrees this is the best apartment complex we have ever lived in. Our time at these apartments have been amazing. I can't sing the praises of Brittany and Cindy enough. They are fun and sweet and so caring. Thank you all again so much.

Been living here for about 4yrs now and management is been nothing less than amazing, the maintenance team is great. I love the Ealands point team! Not to mention everything is conveniently close, school district is great. Awesome place to live!
