This place is horrible not only did they charge my 78 year old vet father over $800, but they promised an apartment to him and at the last second denied him the lease. Only after obtaining all of his personal info. I'm beyond pissed

If you like to do business only through text or a bot, renting from this management company is for you.

If you would like to be respected and welcomed as a valued customer, or even just a human being, avoid.

Automated self tour. Only text communication. Efficient for the company, but not efficient for the renter and certainly not trust building or welcoming. How might i be treated as a resident?

I would rather live in a lesser property where i felt welcomed an,d respected as a person.

So yeah, if your under 30 and dont like to talk to people, go for it. If your an adult that would like to be in a welcomed community, skip this property management corporation. They are just profit mingers.
