We have both bought and a sold homes with Esteban. BOTH times, we were helped above and beyond what we expected honestly. From issues with water heaters, pest inspections, offer negotiation, and a few others. Every single one of these issues was address and handled accordingly. With this last transaction, we had no trouble getting the first home we put an offer in, and (the icing on the cake) we thousands of credits back from the seller and we were able to get into our investment property for way less than we had originally planned for.
