Very nice neighborhood and neighbors are really nice and are always shooting fireworks and if you say “White fence over VNE” You will get a special reward and respect and there will even be fireworks at your front door. sometimes they invite you into their van which i am currently in!

Estrada court is an okay place to stay its not all fancy or high class but liveable. There are rules and regulations just like anywhere else ... Its a place you can thrive if you try . gangs are located in this neighborhood, and not only mexicans americans live here all walk of life do. I've been living here 3 going on four years . I'm over it ready to get a bigger better place . not to many resources for student single woman or man family oriented so be sure you peace of mind is a place you call home . Parking sucks there never anywhere to park .
