Once listed, the house sold within twelve days, meeting the timeline of the contingent offer on our new home.

During this intense and stressful time, Justin remained calm, proactive, supportive, and an amazing negotiator! After closing, Justin continued to be a support as we settled into our new home, acting as intermediary between us and the sellers to get all of our questions answered and making sure that we followed up on some remaining details.
