Felix was so attentive and professional fixing our broken dishwasher - he showed up right away and was diligent about making sure it was working before he closed our ticket. Ended up being a complex job he got done incredibly quickly!

We moved to Avalon temporarily from a larger home and have been very pleased with the experience. Alexandra has been so helpful in answering all my questions and preparing for our move. Felix has been fantastic in quickly resolving the little issues we've encountered. Most of all, we're finding everything we need in the apartment. It's more spacious and well-appointed than we expected. Parking is a breeze, and it's a quiet location yet convenient to everything we need. We're so happy we decided to move here.

I just want to say the maintenance staff are unbelievable. We had a problem with our air conditioner and Raul and Felix are top notch! They stayed until they fixed it. They're professional and efficient!

I moved into Avalon Darien a month ago from NY & could not be happier! David has been absolutely great and the maintenance staff has been fantastic. They are prompt & proactive to fix a couple of things. Very professional and welcoming staff! Also a very safe feeling living there. I was extremely hesitant to move but I definitely made a good decision.
