Just wanted to thank the young gentleman, Brandon for making my first rental experience so easy. I was a little nervous going into it, but he made everything simple and clear. He really took the time to help me through each step, and his patience gave me the confidence I needed. It’s not every day you find someone who makes the whole process feel stress-free, but Brandon did just that!! Honestly, someone needs to give this man a raise he’s amazing! LOL Thanks again Brandon!

Wasted my time and $100 after being assured I could get approved. Got denied for not having enough rental history when I haven’t rented before. But making 3x the rent and a 700+ credit score isn’t good enough. Very frustrated with the week I lost to this company that could have been spent finding a place to live.

Horrible company! Maintenance is the worst I have ever seen! No clue how to mount brackets for blinds, or even push them in completely! Worst drywall patching I’ve seen in my life and it took them 3 visits to patch 2 small holes, oh and they were unprepared and were asking me for tarps to cover up appliances! They used a flat white paint over an antique white so the walls and the ceiling are way off. And not to mention the genius that worked on the front door only installed 1 screw on the strike plate.

Hands down worst realty company, Brenda says give me a forwarding address to send a check after I moved out I said I don’t have one yet I’ll be in a few months later I get a 4,000 collections for “ damages”as she laughs she says just come in and pick it up. But I know how that works so I didn’t give them the pleasure of coming in. Mind me I have videos of the whole property the day I left. Anyone looking to do business with them turn around and find someone else.

Addition to owners reply: I don’t claim I have a video I do have documentation and proof of my own walk through before I moved I can smell your guys actions a mile away with how rude everyone is an what was going on before we moved out.I don’t give a reputation I just say what I see you earn your own reputation. 5 long years and no maintenance ever scheduled or helped with and when asked for would take weeks dont play with me. At this point you say what you want I got the damn video of the whole property I never said it was perfect but damn your words make it seem like it was a dump. Guess that’s what they teach you watch your words and get good lawyers instead of doing things to w right way what a world scamin as company. It be like that tryna make a extra buck.

Brenda and Joanna have been a great help over the last couple of years as we have made improvements to our rental unit. They walked down the property with us twice, worked with the tenants to involve them in the process, provided advise on potential improvements, and obtained bids from contactors for the work we requested. The duplex looks SO much better now, and the tenants can take pride in the appearance of their homes. In addition, the units will be more rentable in the future.

I have nothing but great things to say about this team. Joanna and Brandon walked me through everything every step of the way. Joanna even took loads of time out to answer all my questions and find me the perfect place. Their team worked very hard and fast and got me into an amazing duplex. I few months later I had serious issues with my job and even though I had to leave early they treated me with respect and made sure I was aware of my obligations and what needed to happen. I did not run into anything that I read on some of these negative reviews and don't believe them at all. I think these statements are made are by entitled people who didn't get their way and threw a fit honestly. Also probably don't understand what it takes to go from rented unit to being ready to rent and the laws that apply to that. There is no way the people I worked with and the situation that arose and how they treated me would ever "cheat" or be "dishonest". I'd recommend Everstar Reality to anybody and have to my friends and family. Thank you Everstar Team.

My move in experience with Brandon was exceptional. He really goes the extra mile. My living experience with Brenda as my apartment manager is not positive

Brenda is extremely rude and abrupt. She often interrupts and always looks for a reason to blame tenants for maintenance issues. I think every service person I have met has said the way she speaks to tenants make them uncomfortable.

If you are looking to rent from Everstar try to not have Brenda as your manager. I love where I live but due to her demeanor I probably won't stay here. She is very stressful to deal with.

Don't ask me to call. I am not going to reveal who I am. I can only imagine how I would be treated. There are enough complaints on here about her. Clearly something should be done.

I have been a tenant in one of their rentals for about a year and a half, and have had a great experience. Their customer service has always been amazing and Vera has always called me back within a few hours if I have had a question. I have only had one serious maintenance issue and he was there within the hour to fix it and was kind, and very quick! Thank you for all your hard work!
