Sandy Lewis has been extremely dishonest with me and the tenant of our property. She receives the rent correctly paid on time by the tenant and does not pass it on to the landlord. That's right, she keeps the money. In addition to not wanting to return the security deposit to the tenant. She doesn't answer the phone, she doesn't answer messages. Be very careful. Don't take the risk of going through what we are going through.

I really, really, really, hate to be doing this. But I have to lower my review from 5 stars to 1 star. Reason being is that Sandy has disappeared with rent proceeds and tenant security deposits. Myself and many other people have called, texted, and e-mailed multiple times with no communication from Sandy.
She decided to leave here business abruptly in April. As of the date of this review, she owes me almost $4000.00. She didn't even pay the contractor that did work on my property. I had to pay them out of pocket. An official complaint with the State and a Court case will have to opened against Sandy J. Lewis.

Ms. Sandy was such a blessing to us from the moment we met her. She took care of all our stress and concerns right away and with such professionalism! She is strictly by the book and will keep your property in good hands. I strongly recommend her for any of your home property needs!

If you want to be deceived and not receive your rents on time, look for this company. The Owner appears to be a trustworthy person at first, but then she no longer responds to messages or answers the phone. He simply receives the rent of your property on time from the tenant and does not pass on the value to you. Bad administrator.
