They discriminated against family’s with small children. My application got accepted and i was told I had till Friday to drop off the 200$ deposit. I told them I had all the money ready I could drop it off early morning the next day. I then got a call from Brenda the manager who said her “boss” was highly concerned about my one year old son. Questioning me on weather or not I would be able to “contain the child.” I expected a call back from her....never called me back. I even tried calling my call was being declined. I call the next day to see if I could come by and pick up the keys. The apartment was given to someone’s else that same morning. Horrible business and highly discriminating. They hand pick who they want to live here. If your a family with children your better off somewhere else. Waist of 40$ for a background check I couldn’t even get a copy.

Executive House will cheat you if you don't watch them by saying you owe rent when you don't. As a former tenant, I find your actions deplorable. In addition to the office staff is disrespectful unprofessional. I had to hire an attorney in order to prove that I did not owe them rent money. Be careful they will cheat you and the seniors that live in that building they need to be careful because they will cheat them.

I don't get the negative reviews. I've been living here for 6 months and haven't had any issues at all. The property is safe and quiet. Well maintained

I lived there for almost 2 years , poor maintenance, management & unprofessional. Building is very old.. Bad smells in the corridors most time.
Terrible place to live. I won't move there even for free!!
