Me and my husband were trying to rent a house through exit realty. That has been on Zillow for 118 days. The realtor was very hard to get a hold of . She would not return our call or text messages. So we had to go through a 3rd party. But instead sent an email that we were declined due to credit even though we offered to pay 3 months in advance for a not so good neighborhood and a house that could use a little bit of tlc. Not very impressed with how some of the agents handle business.

Only had one issue during my 2yr working with the company that eventually was addressed. My ac had mold in it and my baby was allergic it wasnt taken care of as soon as I would have liked but it was attended to.
Office staff was excellent and very helpful.
