The lack of integrity is appalling. I rented from this company a long time ago, but still have family who rents from them today. They do landlord specials not up to code: plumbing, gas, or electrical and recently got caught a couple big scandals with the county, and have yet to fix the problems to California building code. I highly recommend you run from this company. The lack of integrity is terrifying. If they treat there renters that way, how do you think they will treat you and your home as a client?

Dont rent from this company or do business with the old man john i rented his property at 1424 malos ct modesto infested with mold hed had his worker paint to cover it up all my kids got sick including myself see you in court
