SLUM LORDS!! Do not rent from these people! They will leave you living in squalor with unsafe living conditions! Good luck ever getting someone to answer a phone there or return a voicemail. If you’re fortunate to ever have maintenance show up at all, (immediately go play the lottery because it’s your lucky day!) they will be spewing profanity and won’t fix the issue. They’ll do half baked job and tell you they’ll come back later to do the rest. You will never see them again. Then they will promptly close out your maintenance request. Don’t do business with these people!!

Rachel is wonderful. They respond promptly at most hours I’ve contacted them, and sometimes that’s even been late. Rent is fairly priced and they’ve always been kind to me. They’ve provided me a great place to live for a couple years. A good company.

This company is a well financed and structured company. There employees are very kind and joyful especially Cole Vinson he shows a great effort in his work. Anytime we are needing something he come through and helps. We really appreciate this kind of employee who shows this kind of effort. The infomercial video definitely is what caught my attention. The video showed great cinmentography and graphics this showed how much they care, how they use this money to make the commercial look good not just a video this was something more. The video was also well structured and balanced I was as happy as Bob. Thank you Extant Realty for making it so easy!!!

Takes months to answer any work order and the staff is not professional. I have had a flooded bathroom ceiling that took two months to patch up, two leaky bathroom sinks that each took over two months go fix (which caused molding and structural damage), and I have an outstanding work order to check out the squeaky ceiling (and I mean so squeaky it wakes me up in the middle of the night and there are times I can't hear the tv because they are just walking).

Ive had my personal belongings thrown into the court yard because the company didn't have my storage unit marked as occupied, and I've had maintenance enter my unit without permission.

My unit ia great and the location is great but the management company needs to get way more organized and way nicer.

This company has a building of rentals on 1st Avenue in Browne's Addition. This building has bed bugs and this company has refused to do anything about it, or anything to compensate their renters. They refuse to answer phone calls/text messages regarding this bed bug situation. Shame on you.
