Luvy is such an amazing help! She got me what I needed right away and she even helped me when I couldn’t find my storage and couldn’t figure things out on the first day. She is very helpful and although she clocked out she still stayed to help find my storage and how to get out the exit which took me awhile cause I couldn’t find the keypad, it was so embarrassing but we just laughed it off, so I really appreciate her, she is very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable.

Lluvi was exceptionally helpful and showed me everything I needed to know. She didn’t just point me in the direction and abandon me — she showed me how to open the storage area door, how to insert the lock, and how to use the key … she checked with me to make sure my code worked… It was perfect service! I thought the price was good too. It’s a very convenient location as well, right off the freeway.
