Great place to live. The maintenance man (Josh) is a hard worker and whatever is needed done he gets it done fast. He will also talk to you. Al an all great place and great people there.

Staff is always friendly and they help in anyway possible. Could do without gossip neighbors, but you'll get that anywhere you go. The staff on the other hand like I said are very helpful. I moved in with just a few bags of clothes and they were able to help me obtain furnishings. Thank you !

The Arbors are a high-rise, HUD-approved apartment building for low-income disabled &/or elderly persons. The apartments are regularly inspected & kept up to code. But as with all housing complexes comes the usual problems, very nosey & gossipy neighbors, regular setting off of the fire alarm due to burnt food, resulting in a visit from the fire department. And monthly bug inspections to attempt to deal with bed bugs, which never works.
