Good location and ability to walk to campus. The apartment was not the cleanest when moved in, but has no complaints nothing I could not clean up. The trouble comes with move out where I got no security deposit back for things stated like "ceiling leaking" , "squeaky closet doors" and "bugs on outside window sills." Not a bad place to live as I lived there 2 years, but do not expect any money back.

The apartments are nice. The parking lot size is not great. If you have selfish neighbors goodluck parking and goodluck having the towing company show up. When you move in, document any little issues you find and take pictures. I moved into the single apartments and had stains in the carpet that I thought I didn't need to mention because I figured someone saw them. When I moved out, I was charged for things that were present prior to me moving in. If you don't mind losing out on some money this is your place.

Was originally put in apartment 103 back in October of 2018. The apartment was infested with roaches, the maintenance men had known about the issue and had attempted to use an ozone machine to kill them, this killed the adults and not the babies. No one checked to confirm the roaches were gone before I was moved in.

This lead to all my heavy furniture being left in the old apartment for a week to be fumigated. To falcon crests credit they did give me a wooden futon to sleep on. The maintenance men moved my heavy furniture into 105 once it was fumigated.

The second incident was the main line in the piping was clogged and sewage backed up into my bathroom and living room. The maintenace men were there until 11 fixing it and the carpet had to be cut out. I asked for a deep cleaning but they only had the maintenance men wash up.

The third incident was my brother being towed while visiting. This happened on a Sunday and he had to pay to get his vehicle back. After weeks of waiting metro property refunded the towing cost. This was during the week before finals so a lot of parents were visiting to help students clean/move out.

The maintenance crew is great here but the management is terrible. Now I am told that due to dust/ various cleaning issues I'm only getting 130 out of the 400 dollar deposit.

In the posting online and in the contract it states a cat is allowed with an additional 200 dollar fee and 35 extra on rent a month. The manager tried to say that it was only support animals that were allowed, but backed down when I pointed out the contract stated differently. The fee also doesn't cover any damages the cat does, its just because they can charge it.

Had the manager arrive on a Saturday without warning a month before I was going to move out. Didn't know that she was one of the managers and told her I wasn't dressed. Called the office and she proceded to tell me that she didn't need to give a warning before showing up. Being rude and having zero communication skills seems to be this buildings biggest issue and has caused me constant grief until I finally moved out.
