This is the worse place to rent from, we lived in one of there properties for more then a year didn’t break our lease we went month to month after the year then we found another home and gave our 30 days and moved out before the 30 days the home was old and had a lot of wear and tear they now are charging us fees that don’t make sense a cleaning fee of 700 dollars and it wasn’t even cleaned professionally when we moved in and I cleaned it so good moving out just missed a shower then the tile was already jacked up and now I’m being charged 700 to replace tile something we didn’t do then to replace a door and ceiling fan and etc they are charging us 1,580 like come on far west properties not cool at all yall are some scammers and we’re gonna get to the bottom of this 😡 we’ll see u guys in court

Poor property management, this agency did not respond when I submitted a repair request for leaks in an apartment I rented. Upon moving out I was charged for these damages and the expenses were more than the deposit. Do not rent from this company they will steal your money when you move out to fund their own renovations.
