Visiting FEATURE in-store is such a great experience! The layout is clean and stylish, making it super easy to browse. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help without being pushy. The vibe of the store is really cool—modern and inviting—and they always have a great selection of apparel and sneakers on display. These sweatpants from FEATURE are awesome. The fit is spot-on, not too loose or tight, and they’re so comfortable it’s hard to take them off. The fabric quality is top-tier and holds up great after washing.

Terrible customer service, I ordered a jacket, the next day the jacket was reduced by 30%, even though the order had not been processed, I was told they couldn’t apply the sale price….i then tried to cancel the order, even though UPS were not in possession of the item, again I was told this wasn’t possible. By far the worst customer service from any online retailer…..and I shop ALOT, will not be shopping here again….dreadful.

Feature provided me with great customer service! I bought a kidsuper suit on sale for my wedding next year. The stitching on the pants design had some minor defects. I reached out to them and they were incredibly accommodating. I asked to swap out the pants, but unfortunately it was the last size in stock. They offered me a full refund with free shipping. I still plan on wearing the suit. I'm going to find someone local to fix the stitching fixed, but because I didn't want the full refund, they gave me a 15% refund for my troubles. I was very pleased with my service and will continue to support their business! 10/10 experience and they have great deals!

Me and my friends were shopping for cologne and while we were smelling the various scents, the Hispanic lady working had the audacity to tell a fellow employee to keep an eye on us within earshot for no reason. As we smelled the scents this short white guy was blatantly staring and standing right behind us the whole time.We were not being a nuisance and we're respectful of fellow customers and the merchandise. Don't shop here this store racially profiles it's customers
