I've lived in over 20 apartment buildings but I've only written a review twice... once because the place was so bad, and this, because my experience was so good. Property issues are addressed very quickly, there is a website to report maintenance issues and I've never waited more than 24 hours for resolution. Management is fair, kind and reasonable and can be easily reached. No, I don't work for fenton properties but I have been impressed by how well run the building is. It's not the Ritz, but for the money, it's an excellent place.
