The worst rental experience I have ever had.

They charge you a fee every month for you to PAY your rent. Yes you heard that correctly. You have to PAY a fee to PAY your rent!

You pay your water bill to the management company and it is highly inflated. I am one person with no washing machine in an 900 sq ft apartment & I’m only home a few days a week; yet my water bill is almost $100 every month. That is just for water, you also have to pay trash & pest control separately. (though my apartment has never had pest control service in the year I have lived there)

The customer service is lacking and rude at times. The pool was closed most of the summer and when it did open it was in poor condition. The dumpsters are always over flowing which causes a terrible smell & flies around my unit.
This is only a small portion of the complaints & issues I have had with them.
Do NOT lease here.

We had a appointment to view an apartment last friday 4/11 @ 1:15

We drove an hour to get there and arrived to a locked office with that. The note that said they'd be back at 1:40!

We waited nearly thirty minutes.

Then decided to leave.

We passed the leasing agent on the way out who was giving someone else a tour!!! That was supposed to be us!

When I asked about it, she was extremely hostile, dismissive, and angry. She refused to give me her name as well.
I'm glad we encountered her before we moved in.
She even threw her hand up, turned her back and walked away from us.
Very unprofessional and a good tell, as to what you will expect at this place, i'm sure.

Ima just say I’m going on 3 years here and I have not moved because I’m happy here. It’s well up kept and quiet. I like the location the staff is friendly and most of all the maintenance gets the job done. Every work order I’ve put in it has gotten done within a week. If it was an issue Nikki would reach out to me and let me know exactly what’s going on and when it will be done. That’s what I also love here is the communication. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a new home. šŸ ā¤ļø

Towing issues with resident cars is a common occurrence. Reviews that we read before choosing this apartment talked about it and we didn’t think it would impact us. We were wrong. We have gotten the run around on cars being registered and we should have gotten that in writing because both cars were towed in the past few months despite assurances. Not everyone can afford the towing costs or their work schedule being shifted around to deal with getting their car back.

It should not be this difficult to rent a unit and be able to access it!

Update: At this point, we have had three tows between two cars and they waived the fee to get the cars out. When you move in, make sure to insist that you get in writing or documentation that your cars are registered with the towing company because you do not want to get trapped in this predatory towing scheme. Don’t take the apartment’s word for it.

I would not suggest anyone to rent from this company as I don’t have much to say about them other than their maintenance guy works hard and is very nice. The problem is he is a one-man show and needs help. Other than that, communicating with this company impossible and they response day or weeks later. I moved into an apartment with damage and was told to put in work orders, not were never completed. When I moved out, they charged me for the damage that was there when I moved in! They also tried to add charges and say I paid less a deposit than what the lease said. I have a stove with broke burners, broken blinds, and more. Also, they start towing cars that are not on the lease at 6pm! We bought a new car and put our temporary plate on the lease. When we got the new tag, we went inside to add it to the lease. When we can back out the car was tow…in less than an hour. We had to pay get our car from the tow yard with no help or sympathy from the office stay. I never write Google reviews but had to when they sent me a move out bill that was ridiculous. Please don’t rent here. They don’t care about tenants and falsify move out documents

My move was horrible. They had a Christmas party on the day of my move and the office was closed. They never answer the phone. I was charged the extra two hours waiting for a phone call from the property to tell me where my keys are. They never answered the phone Until Friday so I am in my new place on Wednesday waiting outside for two hours with Movers and the manager is not calling me back. The answering service said that the manager would it is a bunch of blame game here and the buddy system very unprofessional and I didn’t get anyone to answer the phone in the office until Friday so they never answer the phone on this property. I’ve already reached out to Corporate. Second complaint my neighbor has had 6 full bags of trash for almost a month on his front door next to mine Nikki said she went by to discuss it with them but I have a camera in both doors she didn’t an it stayed another 3 weeks until I went to the neighbor, the lights for the half side of the complex was Aa pitch dark the neighbors baker sent flew in my door way on the 3rd floor I could have easily DIED tripping from the 3rd floor in the dark, I have been hung up on by sash many times, if I ask for corporate number she refuses, I have been injured on the property and I called the office no return call or email, I called corporate same next steps will be contacting an attorney, please don’t move here u will regret it foundation issues ceiling always leaking, scary man outside with one glove on threatening the neighbors son , this is a nightmare

So my daughter and I went to look at a apartment for her....and after reading the reviews we should have run . The apartments are gorgeous.. But my annoyance was that they knew upfront that she had checkstubs from her day job and had been there for
months. They also knew she had just recently started her night job and knew the only thing she had was her offer letter .AGAIN all this was told upfront . As I was sitting there . They gave us a 24-48 hour turnaround time . Now this is where the bullshit begins.. Today 10/29/24 when she called, now all of a sudden it's all issues because all she has is a offer letter.. Again my daughter provided full disclosure as we looked at 3 different amazing floor plan . Of course they are keeping all funds,, and declining to return them .. So if you are reading this review and you have spare money to waste..please go to these apartments. You will get exactly that .. your time wasted and your hard earned money kept.
Soooo. They decided to accept her offer letter. Honestly I feel like this was just for show. I feel like with a credit score of over 650. 2 full time jobs .. You shouldn't have any issues. I feel like they just took it just to make it look good. But honestly it still doesn't.. But when the delivery the news I will be updating this review again . Stay tuned for the good news or the bad..
So yes she. Got approved.. and for some reason it's one issue after another.. So yesterday 11/5/24 the told her again yesterday that her deposit was due yesterday.. wow gotta love the amount of notice.. I am not understanding why the are doing everything humanly possible to make sure that she fails, Now honestly how many people have almost 2000 on hand..
And she just found out that she doesnt have the apartment any longer. It's bullshit after bullshit and more bullshit .

A complete scam of an apartment complex. Not only they have MAJOR issues in their apartments, few examples - bug problems, grout issues, bad plumbing, extremely dirty, trash not getting picked up for days (I have pictures with time stamps), extremely dirty stairs and entrance.
Keeping these in mind, their office staff is extremely rude and they will lie and try to retaliate if you complain to their superiors. I had to complain to the corporate office cause their office staff said my toilet is working when I told her it’s not. Right after I said that the office staff started retaliating. I got furniture delivered from Amazon and she would take pictures and claim I have ā€œtrashā€ outside and petty stuffs like that.
I had guests over for two days and then friends would come and go all the time and she sent me a notice saying I violated rental agreement cause I have guests for more than 3 days. I had my dead pets stuff in my apartment and she sent me notice on that too cause I don’t have pets on my lease agreement. These are just a few , I have way more examples.
Now comes the worst part , if these were not enough, they never stick any notice in front of my door about my lease (it’s like you will be living in the 1800s, doesn’t send emails about important stuff , will only stick notices outside your door but will send email about stupid stuffs. No emails about actual important things like rent renewals) and when I called thinking when will they let me know if I renew or something, they told me I have to stay in this nasty apartment for the next 60 days cause I didn’t let them know that I will be leaving, they require hand written letters (lol).
Now I know that’s the policy but they have NOT sent me any notice and will lie on my face. I was so worried that’s why I Called to know what’s going on and I have been checking the online portal for days to see any announcements, none available.
And when I let the office staff know, that she couldn’t be more condescending and horrible, and of course hung up the phone when I was requesting to help me out this out and advice me, I was asking if they get people to stay here if we can work something out. The answer can be no, but not the way this woman handled. Customer service is a joke here of course. Look at other reviews. Everyone will say the exact same thing.
Now comes the ā€œpromisesā€ this office staff actually made before moved in- fixing the balcony door, I had to wait for 8 months (couldn’t use my balcony ), said she will help me change the toilet , I had to go to her supervisor to get it done, asked to change the bad refrigerator, they did it, but replaced it with a bigger refrigerator than the space making the kitchen very useless.

If you have no place else to go, still this shouldn’t be the place you will want to come.
I will be attaching all the pictures on my next before move out review.
