I am 23 year old looking to ambitiously start a business. I read through the contract with my financing agent and the way the documents were presented to me is that I understood I was getting a loan and term. NOT A LEASE. I only financed $13,000 worth of carpet cleaning equipment. after making almost $600 worth of payments each month for a year and a half I thought I was close to the pay off.

Well I call them and they tell me that my pay off is $28,000 for equipment that I have already paid close to what it is worth.

I asked for a copy of my contacts, took them 3 weeks! and they only sent me 3 pages out of the 17. Looking into getting a lawyer involved.
DO NOT GO THROUGH THESE PEOPLE ITS A SCAM AND THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR SITUATION NO MATTER WHAT!!

I purchased an excavator through them. They stuck me with an insane interest fee then neglected to tell me there’s no early pay off. They also tried to stick me with 11,000 dollars in late fees. I have paid them 70 percent of the loan off. I contacted my lawyer today and requested all late fees be proven and the contract be sent to my lawyer. I am going to fight them because they are running an obvious scam. I am a single dad of four kids just trying to survive.

Worst truck fiance company ever they will try to charge u 50% late fee they will add extra insurance to ur loan even with proof of full coverage insurance. They will harass the shit outta you. I'd rather borrow money from mob. 0 stars bad bad company shady deals

They have got to be the worst financing company that I've ever had to do business with. The management will not respond to phone calls. They try to charge you for something you don't owe, and their attitude is not any better. Do not get a loan from these people. Fare warning.

I was told there are no penalties for early payoff which is completely false. There is no early payoff without paying all the interest that would have occurred for the full duration of the loan. These people are lying crooks. Stay away

Yes if there is anyway possible stay clear from them. We had the same experience with the lack of communication when we purchased a truck and went through a contract company called Oak Mount Capital which in turn assigned this contract to this finance company. It was during covid and needed a loan for a work vehicle. Our bank business dept was temp closed. This seemed to be the only option or close our business. They never really discussed that it was more or less a lease. When the contract arrived. I called asked what the interest rate I called and lady told me I would have to figure it out myself. And yeah Interest. like 42%? And know way to get out of it. I feel the same as the other posters they are misleading this was 4 years ago. I am still pissed.

Do not use his company. Terrible customer service. It's been weeks on a payment made they put on something other than my payment (after showing proof of payment), sent me late payment option though it was paid on time. Now trying to charge late fee on upcoming bill along with other unknown extra charges.

Garbage company. My story is the same as everyone else who's shared there's.

Needed equipment. Was just starting to build business credit. Bought a 30k machine ended up paying over 50k for it.

Sure they'll approve anyone. Any that's exactly why. It's the most expensive money you'll ever borrow!

You don't need whatever you are trying to get that bad. Find another bank, broker, or leasing agent. There's cheaper money available for sure!!!!!!!!
