Worst housing selling experience ever. Listed my house with these realtors. We were advised to removed all of the original carpet from all the rooms in the house to add value to the property. Did what we were advised and it devalued the house by $10k. After 12 months on the market the property never sold so we switched realtors to Prefered Properties.
