Let's put it this way, if I could give less than just one star I absolutely would. This review and opinion is still in the making. I've been dealing with this company (an Agent from the Mauston office) in efforts to sell our home in this economy where there are more buyers than homes, and lets just say, so far, this real estate agent representing First Weber has managed to cost of more money and headache than we EVER imagined could even be possible. This Agent has lost us 5 offers, from 5 buyers!! Can you believe that? We have been lied to, manipulated, treated rudely, and absolutely fell victim to the worst real estate experience EVER! Totally unprofessional, I have even received emails from our Agent with the company email address, where this agent has actually cussed at me using profanity! Why? All because he doesn't do his job and he was called out on it. According to all offers that have came in over the months (that all for odd reasons backed out right before closing) Earnest Money was collected by the agent every single time, yet I cannot for the life of me get any accountability on whos holding these funds, if they were returned? If the funds are allocated elsewhere, nothing. We spent hours and hours and days and days working on this and doing our Agents job, and when we bring our concerns up, the Agent ramps up his attitude and then guess what Yup another deal falls through right before closing and the nightmare continues! As we no longer live there and are supporting two homes now, which about bankrupts us each month. So, as each day passes, our situation gets worse and our Agent treats us with even less respect and professionalism. I just am so bewildered as to why! The crazy thing of it is, we never solicited this agent or company, we had listed our home to sell by owner, and the agent with First Weber contacted us and promoted himself to us, selling us on an idea and dream of how easy he would make our life if we signed a contract with him to sell our home. Now I feel more like we signed a deal with the devil! Not sure how this story will end, still always hopeful things will turn around, although it looks like this may be close to the end and we walk away with only wasted time money and heartache. Sure feels like "big business taking advantage of the little guys". In retrospect it sure seems like it all started with "an ambulance chaser" type of business model and approach on their end. Wish I hadn't been so gullible I guess. 🙁

If you want a piece of the pie, in this world, you should go here. They can deliver just what you are looking for, don't be afraid to ask for it. What a great experience I had, but it not over. There is more to come.
