After my father passed away we had an extremely difficult time selling his house. It sat on the market for a year with Remax and we had almost no activity. We decided to look for other realty groups in the area and after talking to Rob Ullius at First Weber we gave it a shot. I cannot explain the difference. Rob went above and beyond to make the deal happen and it was sold in 8 weeks. I would not hesitate to recommend him and First Weber to family or friends. I found him by just calling local agencies and I am so glad I did. 5 stars all day.

Derek was a selling agent on a property were were going to purchase. Closing date was 11/06/20. Asked to have the appraisal extended 6 days (was sched for 10/26/20 after 6 day extension)due to Covid and banks and appraiser's running behind.
Had loan lined up and paperwork ready and he and his client backed out to take a cash offer.
Screwed my family and my agent just because he is greedy and is money hungry.
Will not recommend to anyone i know in the area or anyone I know of looking for property in Minocqua or north of hwy 8.
