I was referred to Dan at First Western Properties by a friend and he did not disappoint. Very professional and he got my property rented out very quickly for much higher than I anticipated or was ever able to rent out for when I did it myself in the past. It’s so much better to leave it to a professional and no longer needing to worry about dealing with problematic tenants. He also has great contacts for handy work and I learned some really important tips about my house and property maintenance which is helpful as a first time homeowner. I will definitely continue to work with him and I highly recommend this company for real estate and property management.

If you were allowed to give negative reviews, I would. However, you can't. This property management company is shady as hell. They send the owners of the house over unannounced to take a look at the house while you're living in it, they send their employees to sit outside and watch the goings on around the house. Then, when you move out, they lie and say that all this work needed to be done to the house when it was entirely un-needed. Shady shady company. Rude and inconsiderate people. They'll even lie when you're moving out, saying that they've got someone moving in days after your lease is up, only to tell you after you rush out that there isn't really a renter already lined up.

Continuously receiving emails saying my rent is pasted due. I actually pay my rent before the first of every month!! It is now the 10th. I called, they said they'd handle it but have not. Tired of the pestering emails!
