I recently was involved in a transaction with them and had a very disappointing experience with their Designated Broker, Tim Weber. In my 20 years working in the commercial real estate industry and hiring/working with commercial brokers, my experience with him was one of the most jarring.

Basic matters such as honesty, integrity, client service etc. was lacking in my opinion. I advise anyone dealing with him to seek legal advice in all matters and all steps of any dealings/transactions when working with him.

Update: they keep trying to take my review down but I will continue to post.

Worst property management co. They don't return your calls, they let a competing business take over when I have an exclusive, and I asked beforehand that there was no one doing the same thing as us, as we had this problem before. Instead they claimed the other co. was there first, but do they have an exclusive? I talked to the clerk, when I found out, which was a little over a hear a go and he said they just started. On top of that, they over charged for NNN, they went back a year, saying they want more money, after I paid every bill they sent me. They have no insulation in the walls, so I can hear every word the neighbors say, and the store next to them is a Karate place, which is so loud, that I can't even concentrate, ruining my quiet enjoyment! There is so much more to add and so much to say!

In a recent commercial lease renegotiation with Lisa Tallman of First Western Properties, Tacoma, WA. Lisa Tallman was asked if she had Power of Attorney and decision making authority for this negotiation. Lisa Tallman replied in writing, that she did not. Lisa Tallman's lack of knowledge, lack of professionalism, and continued involvement necessitated my hiring a commercial property attorney to protect my business interests and assets.
