Multiple ignored and canceled maintenance requests for things like a leaking sink, light bulb replacement for fixtures we couldn't reach even with a ladder, appliances not working correctly or at all, etc. The carpet wasn't even clean before we moved in. Only one downstairs room was vacuumed and nothing upstairs was done.

Home was not well maintained, even the retaining wall and fence were so poorly cared for that they rotted and fell down in a recent storm. None of our deposit is coming back to us even though we were very careful with care of the home. To top it off, they dumped well over $500 of kitchen items that we accidentally left behind. No email, no call, no text. It consisted of several small kitchen appliances, all of our cooking utensils, the entirety of the lazy Susan cabinet contents... Just gone.

I understand it's our responsibility to remove our property, but something like that should have triggered a courtesy call. We were trying to be out by the 30th, had 3 kids 5 and under to manage at the same time, and were working well after midnight to get it all done. The sheer lack of consideration from this company is astounding.

I work in property management. I've rented for over 6.5 years. I've NEVER had such poor service and i would never provide such poor service. Steer clear of this company. It is NOT worth it.

Michelle Harold is by far one of the greatest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with. She is very kind and patient.

Even before my wife and I received our pre-approval, she worked with us and guided us through the entire process. She has made shopping for our new home very enjoyable and stress free.

She is extremely knowledgeable on the VA home loan process and has a great relationship with other realtors in the area which really makes things easier.

As a disabled veteran I can tell you that you will be hard pressed to find someone as dedicated, passionate, and PATIENT as Michelle.

This review is for Michelle Harold who helped me buy my home. She is hardworking, personable, kind, and patient. I’ve worked with many different real estate agents. I have worked with agents that have tried to push me into reducing my home search to one town so they didn’t have to commute or recently who refused to list my home for sale at a price I wanted to list it for. She will give you her educated and honest opinion, help you find the perfect home even if you’re a buyer that wants to look at houses in different towns, and wide ranges, or watch the market. At the end of the day, the ball is in your court when working with her and I appreciate not feeling pushed/rushed. I appreciate finding a realtor who understands it’s a team effort and this process isn’t about them calling all of the shots but instead you getting the best deal and being happy with your choice. As a human being, she’s genuinely a good and authentic person which I truly appreciate and that can be hard to come by in real estate.

On a very separate note pertaining to renting through Firstpoint (unrelated to her being the best real estate agent I’ve found in Washington), I did not appreciate that the agency wouldn’t allow me to start listing one of my home for rent a few months before needing a renter. Many military personnel will lock in their leases a month or two before arriving to the duty station but the office lady involved with rentals wasn’t flexible in that. They stick to their traditions which is fine but wasn’t for me when this was not an issue at other property management places I called.

Regardless, for buying and selling you can absolutely not go wrong with Michelle. Her market educated and sweet personality makes the oftentimes stressful process of buying a selling one that’s both pleasant and reassuring that you’ll walk away happy with your choice.

When it comes to reviews I’m extremely straightforward and only give 5 stars to those who truly deserve it. She gives competitive commission rates, and is great at staying on top of answering any and all questions.

Thought about renting through them, until I was judged for having 3 emotional support animals. Trina said “I’m not sure why you would need three emotional support animals, you need to have a good excuse for that”. Wish I had phone recordings because that right there is illegal! Horrible people.

Just finished closing on our house. The whole process took about a month and was easy (Yes, buying a house was easy) THANKS TO JAMIE! Seriously, if any of you go through First Point to buy your house, I INSIST you work with Jamie Mcdonell. We got paired with her by chance after requesting a showing for a house we saw on Realtor and she showed us that and others until we found the one. Friendly and personable, but also insightful and helpful. She not only knows her business but also gives suggestions such as where you might put something or who to call for this and that, or alternative for decor/construction etc. We got several good ideas from her for future upgrades/home improvement projects. She also made sure I understood the inspection and worked hard to get us everything we asked for on our end through putting in our offer and negotiations with the inspection, no arguments, just "I will do what I can to get you what you want". She was available to talk to even until late hours (11 p.m. at one point!). On the day we got the keys she showed up with a bottle of wine, and VERY generous housewarming gift! Her and Jeff make a great team and are all you could ask for weather it is your first house or not.

These guys are amazing. I got lucky enough to stumble on them when I first moved here 2 years ago. Compared to the other companies that I have experienced over the years, they were accommodating and very professional. I needed to move in quickly and they worked with me to get into my unit efficiently and effectively. They are super military friendly and understand that we have times where we are not present or need special consideration. I honestly hated having to leave and I continue to recommend them to everyone I know moving to the area. They honestly deserve 10 out of 5 stars.

Stephanie Sandquist is amazing! We found our dream home and were able to close in 3.5 weeks! My only experience with this company is with the property management side, and specifically with Turena as the property manager for my rentals. My husband and I did it ourselves for the first few years and we found finding tenants to be laboriously unpleasant. Then Turena entered the property management business, and we've used her ever since to find our tenants. Have they all been A+? Not possible, but she's promptly answered our questions and provided us with practical, realistic methods to solve situations without violating the landlord-tenant laws. She knows her stuff, and I wouldn't want anyone else finding us tenants, because I know she cares about our property as much as we do.
