Kenny is a crook. Do not do business with them. I prepaid 6 months with the promise to be refunded unused months if I moved out early. Never got a refund. Kenny kept my money and has dodged my calls for weeks.

Also, the lot is trash and riddled with potholes. No designated parking spots. It’s pretty much a free for all.

Do yourself a favor and don’t do business with them.

Edit: In response to “management” claims of our terms being non-refundable, I’ve attached a picture which clearly shows we agreed to refundable terms. Additionally, if our terms had been non-refundable as they claim, they wouldn’t have been screening my calls and emails and avoiding me for the last 3 weeks. In addition to being a crook, Kenny is also dishonest.

Great service, Kenny was very helpful and always available to answer any questions.
We parked 20ft container there and it was flawless and easy thanks to Kenny.
We felt very safe and secure to leave our container and stuff there, would highly recommend!

We were assigned parking up in auburn Wa for flame truck parking. I called this number and spoke to Kenny and he was super helpful and friendly! He sent us the link to pay and pictures with instructions. No bathrooms available at the emerald downs/ron Crockett drive location. Only 20$ overnight plus tax. They have weekly and monthly parking also! Highly recommended for a safe overnight parking experience other than no bathroom available.
