I strongly caution anyone from listing their property with Flat Fee Real Estate. As a prequalified buyer, I called listing Agent Matt Havers the day that a property showed up on Zillow. I spent the following two months calling and emailing Mr. Havers to simply view the property. The only time that I was able to get ahold of Mr. Havers I told him that I live two blocks from the property and I can meet him there literally anytime. After which I never received a call back, nonetheless a viewing- even after leaving multiple messages. If your listing agent can't even show the property to interested qualified buyers, how are you going to get competitive value for your property?
