I called Flavio three years ago, hoping to find a Realtor who would help me get top dollar for my home. What I ended up getting, was a friend and advisor.

Flavio is great to work with, and as your agent he has your interest at heart. He will make sure you get what your home is worth, and will not push his own clients in front of others. Very open and very communicative. No false promises!.

His wife, Sheila did a pretty amazing job staging our home that I wanted to buy it after seeing the open house!

Selling my home and buying a new one was a very smooth experience with Flavio crushing both the selling and the buying experience. He was also able to get a very favorable discount from the builder for our new home, one which I was not able to.

Flavio is willing to help past the point of sale without batting an eyelid. Three years later, we are still in touch, and he is accessible and helpful as the day I first spoke to him.

Flavio is the best! Flavio helped us buy our home in Pleasanton in 2012. We did such a great job that we called him when it came time to sell said home in 2020, of course we called Flavio again. He did a detailed market analysis to help us determine the value of our home. He was able to sell it as-is, the first weekend, for the price we wanted.
