I just purchased a car from here! I am so happy with the customer service here and all of the reps that I worked with. I had previously gone to another Toyota dealership which was quite the opposite and glad I came to the Carson location instead. I came in wanting to get a used car; however Alex “Xavier” worked with the finance team to get me a new car in my price range. They were able to beat the apr of my credit union and made the whole process seamless. After getting everything all set with Alex, I was sent to talk over packages with Collins - again, another lovely experience. Everyone was so personable and really made my first car buying experience GREAT!

I came to Carson Toyota to buy a car. My English was very poor, but the Toyota sales manager Jorge Giron helped me tirelessly and helped me with various procedures. The financial manager Gerson Rivera was very dedicated and helped me apply for a lower installment loan interest rate. I am extremely grateful to them. I thank this Toyota store for having such good employees to help me. I must give a very satisfactory evaluation. I will choose Carson Toyota again when my family adds a car in the future. And I would like to pray that God and Jesus Christ will bless these two gentlemen and their families with peace and health.

Initially, I contacted this dealership through the Toyota website using the "Smart Path" feature. Olga Esquivel reached out to me and we spoke about pricing. We made the 2 and a half hour drive only to be told a different and much higher price. From there on out, I dealt with their sales consultant Jesse Cadena and the sales manager Ibrahim Subeh. The 4runner my wife and I wanted to get was still in transit and not at the dealership. We spoke with Jesse and Ibrahim about the price not matching what we were told over the phone and how we drove so far(Jesse was very sympathetic to the fact that we drove so far to deal with this)and we were told the initial price would be honored. This, I have to thank Jesse for. We went back home, waited a few weeks, all the while Jesse kept us up to date on the 4runner and where it was while it was being processed. Jesse was always straight forward with us, no BS and attentive. The 4runner finally arrived late afternoon on 8/13/24. It was Jesse's day off, but he called me and drove to the dealer as we also made our way so that we could 100 percent lock it in and start the paperwork. The process was fast, straightforward and painless. Jesse and Ibrahim were both very straight up with us and really did honor the agreed upon price. We then dealt with John Salman, the finance manager and he was also really straight up with us and we made the deal happen. We picked up our new baby the following day after it was prepped and inspected and we couldn't be happier. Thanks to Jesse for going the extra mile, and to Ibrahim and John for also helping us get my lady her dream 4runner TRD PRO! They always treated us with respect. I highly recommend these guys and will definitely be coming back soon as a repeat customer. I've never said that about any dealership and never thought I would. -Ozzy

The way they treat clients with scheduled maintenance is unacceptable and unprofessional. Management doesn’t know how to handle this properly. 15min oil change should not take 4hours to do. When you try to ask the service advisor they just tell you 20 min to get rid of you. No accountability what so ever with what they tell their customers. I paid for my scheduled services but Mechanics and management doesn’t not care. Fix your process Fletcher Jones.

I was on a cross-country trip driving my Tacoma and needed an oil change. Being someone that performs all my own service, or as much as possible at least, I am always leery of having dealerships or other mechanics work on any of my vehicles. The team over here took my concerns to heart and followed my desires exactly. It was a very down-to-earth experience and truly one of the better dealerships I've ever been in. It was also a blast to get talk with everyone about the trip and differences between the east and west coasts and the 'hometown' vibe I got from everyone.

Anytime I'm in the neighborhood again, I'll drop by again!

Carlos was amazing. Showed us the Rav 4 we wanted within 5 minutes of entering the dealership. He was very personable and gave real transparency with what he could offer and how to proceed with buying the car. Best salesman I've ever encountered. 10/10 stars
