We had a wonderful experience when we sold our condo with Flex Realty. Giles was a dream to work with from our first connection with him to our closing a short time later. He was incredibly well organized, knowledgeable and easy to work with in every step. He helped us price the condo just right, did great photos and a write up, found us great traffic at an open house and many showings, and helped us end up with several good buyers. He moved us with ease through thoughtful decision making, a home inspection and fire marshall inspection to a perfect closing. We can't imagine how this process could have gone more smoothly. We give Giles and his team our highest recommendation.

I can't give enough praise to Flex Realty and Giles Wagoner. I worked with Giles when I bought my house in 2015 and again when I just recently sold my house, 4 years later. He is professional, honest, NOT pushy, prompt, and has your genuine interest in mind. When I bought my house, I never once felt pressured in any aspect of the process, and when I sold my house, he did everything possible to make it a smooth transition. The Flex team, including Alice, Forrest, and the rest of the behind the scenes staff were excellent. They are super timely in responding to communication on any platform. Kristopher Boyd of Flex Realty was wonderful to work with. We live outside of the States and Kris made a potentially stressful house hunting experience so easy. We saw a few houses for the one day we were in Burlington and after we left, he did video tours of homes for us. He was knowledgeable, efficient, quick to reply, and honest. He kept us informed every step of the way and was able to educate us about buying real estate in Vermont. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Kris again and I recommend him to anyone.
