We had a fantastic experience with Floyd Real Estate. I cannot speak highly enough about these folks. We worked with Brian Floyd, who was very experienced and knowledgeable. We were able to establish trust with Brian quickly, and were confident he had our best interests in mind. He returned calls and emails quickly, kept us well informed, and provided his honest opinion when we had questions or concerns. If he was unsure, he quickly consulted and provided an answer. Moving across the country in a short time frame, and buying a home in an unfamiliar area, can be stressful. Floyd Real Estate made it easy.

Hide horrible conditions of homes they are selling. You have lots of unexpected expenses that you will need to be prepared for if you purchase from them. They allow previous owners to keep keys to the homes after closing and allow them to access the homes without permission. Change locks immediately if you do purchase form them. Also have a top rated inspector that does phenomenal job inspecting including using a moisture monitor. They like to hide leaks and other similar conditions to homes that are large expenses and at the purchasers expense.
