Megan went above and beyond to ensure that for each house she showed us she was honest about what she observed about the house - the quality of the roof, the drainage system, etc. This architectural knowledge sharing really helped us feel like from the start she was being straight forward with us. In probably one of the toughest buying markets there is - with short supply - Megan provided honest coaching on what was needed in order to prepare a winning bid but also didn't misguide us as ultimately it was our decision on what went into the bid/what we were comfortable with. She was incredibly responsive at all hours of the day and night as my husband and I asked what felt like at least 10-15 questions a day.... we could always rely on Megan to give us her honest opinion. For us she was a go-to to really understand the process from start to end.
