Having Carmen as our real estate agent was a dream! As first time home sellers she made the process simpler than we could have imagined. The preparation she did before putting our house on the market made our house stand out and sell quickly. The pictures were incredible and she labeled items all around the house that home buyers would be interested in (ex. new roof, new hot water tank, included appliance, etc.) while they toured the house. Carmen's hard work paid off when we got multiple offers on the house within days and accepted an offer well over asking price.
