Good customer services warrants appreciation. Unfortunately, we take good customer service for granted and do not thank the person who helped us with a service, situation or merely provided information. I am well aware that complimenting those that offered exceptional service can make a huge difference.

I would like to commend the Forbes Group but in particular Amanda Sorisho. She was our contact person regarding the rental property. In every case, Amanda responded quickly and professionally.

Amanda has a wonderful warm, helpful disposition.

I was fortunate to interact with several other members of the Forbes Group. My interactions with the others were limited but they equally were pleasant, professional and helpful. I was always asked if there was anything else I needed throughout our contact.

One thing in common among these employees, in particular Amanda, was their true interest and dedication in providing excellent customer service. A smile, a greeting sets the tone. These employees displayed that they enjoyed their jobs assisting owners and renters. I would like to commend and thank each of these employees.

I would not hesitate to recommend the Forbes Group.

I want to give a zero for professionalism. Twice me and my husband have scheduled an appointment to view an apartment with Bianca and twice she failed to show up. The first time she said that it was an miscommunication on the times, even though her email clearly stated the times and we confirmed for the viewing. Then when tried to call her cell phone and alternate direct line, we we're sent to voicemail. When we called the office we came to find out the she didn't even put us on the office calendar. So we ended up emailing her to reschedule for the next day and she again confirmed that she would meet us. Next day comes, me and my husband had to take time away from work in order to make it to the viewing, and SHE STILL failed to show up. I called all three number multiple times until finally someone in the office answered and I explained the situation stating that this was the second time her agent no showed on us without any correspondence. The lady said that we were on the calendar for a viewing but Bianca canceled due to a last minute family issue. The office said they apparently didn't have our contact information, which isnti true because I not only submitted that online but their agent had it as well and she could have taken one minute out of her damn day to tell is that she needed to cancel. Then the office lady tells us that the manager for the property was already reviewing an application that was submitted last night. My husband got upset because we haven't even been given the chance to look inside the property to decide if we want to submit an application but they are already reviewing an application for someone else who hasn't even viewed it? The lady hung up on us while we were still talking. Very unprofessional. Anyways, I do not recommend doing business with this property management group due to their lack of ability to communicate properly with potential tenants and their lack of customer service. Very inconsiderate people.

If I could give zero stars I would. First of all I did not live in their complex on 3860 Greenlee Drive in San Jose my daughter did. Her account of what happened is truthful. I'm sure the comments coming back from this management company will not be honest. My daughter and her boyfriend lived in a studio and then moved into a 2 bedroom so they could get a roommate. She, on her own found a roommate and told the roommate that rent was going to be 1/2 of the rent. When the roommate filled out an application Forbes told him the rent was going to be 1/3 and no one told my daughter. She started making 1/2 rent payments and the roommate was making 1/3 rent payments. 4 months later she gets a notice of late rent and late fees. Once she found out what had happened the property management company would not remove the fees. She asked them why it took them 4 months to let her know and no response from the. She would have been able to make adjusts with the roommate and pay one month of late fees but by the time 4 months added up it was hard for her to catch up. The roommate would not help as his lease said 1/3 rent.

A year later lease is up and she gets all caught up on the rent and moves out. During the walk through she was told everything looked fine and they signed off on it.

She is now in the process of finding a new apartment and Forbes keeps telling potential apartment companies that she owed money, the apartment was damages and a mess. She has a walk through paper from them that said everything was fine. They even went as far as saying there were flees. The apartment does NOT have carpet. How can there be flees wit no carpet. When asked by potential complexes if Forbes would rent to her again they say no and she keeps getting rejected for apartment because these liars did not do their job and lie. Be smart and DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. You will regret it.

NOTE: The director of Forbes just called me and told me the review on my daughter was incorrect regarding, damage, unclean and flees and was going to be amended and forwarded to the potential apartment complex.

We enjoyed working with Lee Forbes on the sale of our Bradenton home. We live in California so had to rely on Lee to oversee many facets of the sale (gardening, pool care, etc). He did a good job on our behalf and was a pleasure to work with.

They NEVER answer phone calls... especially in the mornings. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. When I finally got someone on the phone, they didn’t want to make a morning appointment so they told me to join another appointment they already had set up later in the afternoon.
I then asked them for the leasing documents but was denied. They didn’t feel it was “right”.

The most unprofessional, inconsiderate, lazy company that you’ll work with.

They { n e v e r } answer their phone, return your phone calls or reply back to your emails. Ridiculous. It blows my mind that homeowners pay them to rent their units out or sell their houses and they don’t contact any of the applicants. The comments on google review and yelp are true, such a disappointment.
