When I came to tour WVU years ago, I looked at a lot of apartments but it was at Forest Hills that I signed my lease on the spot. The apartments are tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood and the staff are helpful and friendly. They have notified me when my cat escaped my apartment and stayed with him until I could get across town to put him back inside. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue in my apartment or noticed a light out on the property, they have promptly fixed it. The staff at Forest Hills have been able to do what no other apartment complex I’ve lived at before has been able to do- I don’t feel treated like a tenant where they are only concerned about my rent, I feel treated like a human being.

I love living here most of all because of the four kind & hardworking people who run Forest Hills. Courtney is in the office & maintenance is on site during business hours all week. They make it feel like a community. Also, they’re good to my dog.

Lived here for several years and it’s the best area I’ve lived in Morgantown. Its a very quiet and peaceful spot. Office employees are always friendly and helpful, and maintenance is on site during the week so repairs are quick. Also, they have a nice little dog walking area and are super pet friendly.

It is a nice quiet place to live. The location is perfect, you are close to WVU and STC but tucked away from the noise. The staff is great and repairs are done in a timely manner. I think I live in an older unit, so I wish some of the fixtures were updated.

The apartments are a good size for a single bedroom. Washer and dryer in the apartment. It's a quieter area of town with many young professionals. The front office staff is very friendly and helpful with any issues. I have had no issues that weren't quickly addressed in my several years living here. The only drawback I have is the roads on snowy days are not cleared as soon as the main roads in town, but that's true for most of Morgantown. Overall, it's been a great place to live.

Hands down, one of the best places to rent in Morgantown, WV! The rent is affordable, it is pet friendly and you are within walking distance from WVU and Kroger. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone.
