Bianca Silva is the sellers agent for the property at 1450 Brickell Bay Drive that we attempted to rent recently. We placed an offer on this apartment with clear indication to her that we were on a short notice to move. She was unreachable on the date of our planned viewing of the condo. She witheld information for several days that caused a significant delay in our apartment search knowing full well we were on a tight schedule. She ignored multiple calls and emails about the property from our agent. She embodies much of what is so common with realtors here in Miami - lack of professionalism.

It is now 5:54 AM on May 31, 2021. Your burglar alarm has been making noise intermittently since approximately midnight. I have neither seen nor heard anyone respond. I even walked downstairs to check if it was someone's car and it wasn't, it was your building's alarm. Children and people were unable to sleep. Also, something to be concerned about, is that if it was going off this long without response, then (1) your alarm doesn't alert police to respond, (2) it doesn't alert your employees or staff to respond, and (3) certainly won't deter burglars if it doesn't bring anyone to respond. In essence, your alarm's deterrence is to annoy burglars instead of bringing police. You may want to invest in a new one.
